Rene Bharti is an entrepreneur with over 25 years experience in the financial community. He is founder of Suomi Holdings Inc. an incubator of various companies that Mr. Bharti either created, or helped build from concept to successful creation. Starting in the traditional mining sector, Suomi has evolved into a hub of forward thinking technology companies. Suomi Holdings has taken companies public on both Canadian and US exchanges and is able to facilitate the entire process of idea creation, to go public events.

Tony Perez is a seasoned entrepreneur and investor with a strong track record of scaling businesses and driving successful exits. As Co-Founder of The Boroughs Consulting Group Inc., a boutique staffing agency based in Toronto, he has built a deep expertise in workforce solutions. In 2017, Tony co-founded a consumer packaged goods (CPG) company, which was successfully acquired in 2022. Over the course of his career, he has played a key role in raising over ten figures in capital for startups across diverse industries, including bio-technology, technology, and staffing. 

Puji Astuti

Puji Astuti

Co-Founder

Puji Astuti is a dedicated Canadian Immigration Assistant with a CICC designation, specializing in supporting families and elderly individuals in need of caregiving. With over five years of experience, she has helped connect PSWs, Nannies, and healthcare workers from overseas with families seeking compassionate care. Having worked as a caregiver herself, Puji understands the unique challenges families face when looking for trusted support. She works closely with Immigration, Refugee, and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) portal to ensure smooth application process, conduct interviews, and uphold immigration regulations. Through Elyte Care, Puji continues to develop a caring network of employers and employees, helping to bring skilled caregivers to Canada to support families in need.
